Caring & Sharing is a HealthCare Sharing Ministry, not an insurance company. Members are self-pay patients, and member-to-member sharing is governed by the current Membership Guidelines.
The Membership Guidelines explain qualifications, member responsibilities, eligible and ineligible medical needs, waiting periods, limitations, MRAs, and state notices. The consumer brochure is an overview and does not replace the Guidelines.
The consumer website asks only for information needed to provide general information, enrollment assistance, and follow-up. Do not submit diagnoses, treatments, medications, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, bank information, or medical records through ordinary website forms.
The platform uses protected storage, administrator authentication, release validation, restore points, audit history, upload restrictions, and security monitoring. These controls reduce risk but do not replace independent security review or safe user practices.
Keyboard navigation, visible focus, display preferences, reduced-motion support, error summaries, responsive layouts, and Spanish consumer pages are built into the public website.
Use the request-information form for general help. Existing members should use the official Member Portal or contact Member Services for membership-specific questions.
